How does the StatueDepot protect customer information?

Warranty

All custom statues and fountains come with no written warranty or guarantee except upon delivery against breakage. These statues and fountains are made to last many years, but because we do not know or can confirm what abuse they may take over the years, no warranty can be given. But we will always try to work with the customer for whatever his needs might be.

Returns

For all shipments that are damaged, merchandise will be replace. Large statues and fountains are made per order to customer specifications so all sales are final. Call The Angels Garden (636) 587-7227 or Toll Free 1-866-587-7227 for authorization in returning statues or fountains or email us at sales2@statuedepot.com Pick ups will have to be scheduled with our shipper.  

Shipping

Statues will be shipped normally within 3-6 weeks. Most statues are made to order and will be shipped by freight.
Smaller statues will be shipped by UPS, Fed Ex or DHL.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. The Statue Depot reserves the right to void and /or alter orders and prices in response to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel an order if necessary. Payment is made at time of order with a 25% charge if order is cancelled prior to delivery on custom order statues (all large statues and fountains).
